Our sessions are billed at $193.99 per therapy session (50 minutes face-to-face, 10 minutes planning/note writing). 

Our travel surcharge varies according to the distance from our office in Balwyn North.

We sure are!  As a NDIS registered provider, we are able to work with NDIA managed, plan managed and self managed participants.

As a registered NDIS provider, we are able to offer interpreting services through TIS for NDIS clients.

We work with individuals who may have difficulty swallowing or communicating. 

Absolutely.  We will first complete a screener to ensure that a therapy session online will be therapeutically beneficial for your needs. Online therapy sessions are delivered via the online platform Zoom. These services are offered to clients in Australia and overseas.

As a mobile therapy service, we can come out to you at your home, day program or aged care facility. We are currently servicing the Eastern and Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

There are a number of options that may be available to you to reduce the cost of your speech therapy session. 

Low Income Families – our aim is to make speech therapy accessible for every client. We provide a 20% reduction of fees where a valid Low Income Health Care Card or Australian Pensioner Concession Card is provided*.  Please note this is not available for clients receiving services as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Private Health Insurance - some policies will subsidise speech therapy appointments. The amount of rebate will depend on your level of cover. It is advisable that you check with your health insurer that you are covered for speech pathology services prior to making an appointment. 

The private health billing codes for speech therapy are:

Initial speech therapy: Billing Code 320

Ongoing speech therapy: Billing Code 350

Medicare - should you have a chronic disease requiring multidisciplinary input, you may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan. This provides up to 5 sessions per calendar year.  To receive this, you require an appropriate referral from your GP.  This plan does not cover the entire cost of the therapy session, there will be an out-of-pocket expense.

TAC - individuals with a TAC number are eligible to claim a rebate on therapy provided through the TAC.  TAC does not cover the entire cost of the therapy session, there will be an out-of-pocket expense.

DVA - We are registered to provide speech therapy to clients with DVA membership. Please contact us to discuss further.
